   THIS is a lively little flier, whose best performance is obtained when the weight is kept to a minimum, so select a fairly light grade of wood throughout. The original weighs 13 oz. and yours should not be more than an ounce over this.

Construction

   This is very straightforward, all general building notes being incorporated on the plan. A special point to watch is the belIcrank mounting. Drill the holes through the spars very carefully, after the ply strengthening pieces have been added. Pre-cement all joints, especially at this spot.
